Senior Operations Manager (ReNew2030):
Oversee operations for ReNew2030, including finance, risk management, grants, and partner coordination. Ensure effective budgeting, reporting, and cross-team collaboration from any ECF location in Belgium.

- Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and program operations.

Senior Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) and Grants Associate:
Design and maintain the MEL system for ReNew2030, managing indicators, outcome tracking, and data reporting. Ensure that learning informs strategy development from any ECF Belgium location.
